Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answers telephones promptly and courteously; routes calls to the right area.
• Schedules outpatient tests and surgeries per policy; handles appointments.
• Prepares for day, reviews eligibility, and collects patient paperwork.
• Greets patients and visitors professionally; explains privacy policies.
• Registers patients and verifies demographic and insurance information.
• Handles co-pays and balances at check-in and at checkout.
