Job summary

Advocate Health’s AMG Lincolnshire – Surgery: Orthopedics is seeking a Patient Service Representative to deliver efficient administrative and billing support, including scheduling, registration, and accurate data entry for patients across Lincolnshire, Libertyville, Lake Villa, and Gurnee locations.

You will support providers, handle calls from patients, and help ensure a seamless, compassionate experience in a high-volume ambulatory setting, contributing to quality care and revenue integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years related customer service experience.
• Experience handling difficult caller/customers/patients.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate appointments; assist with patient information, tests and procedures.
• Billing: ensure accurate entry of billing information at the point of service and follow-up as needed.
• Medical records: maintain accurate and timely patient records.
