Job summary

Advocate Health, through Aurora Medical Group (AMG), is seeking a Patient Service Representative to support ambulatory care teams in Illinois. The role includes front-desk duties, patient scheduling, and assisting clinical staff to ensure compassionate, efficient service.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5 PM. Responsibilities cover patient services, billing data entry, and accurate medical records management across multiple Lincolnshire/Libertyville/Lake Villa/Gurnee sites in Illinois.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years related customer service experience
• Experience handling difficult caller/customers/patients.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5PM.
• Provide efficient, high-quality patient services and assist providers to ensure a seamless, compassionate experience.
• Billing and medical records: enter billing information at time of service and maintain accurate medical records.
