Job summary

Aurora Medical Group (AMG) located in Lincolnshire, IL seeks a Patient Service Representative to deliver first-rate front-desk service, scheduling, billing support, and patient registration across Lincolnshire and additional sites in Libertyville, Lake Villa and Gurnee.

The role supports clinicians by coordinating appointments, collecting payments, and ensuring accurate patient records, with a focus on compassionate patient experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience handling difficult callers/patients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments Mon-Fri 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
• Provide efficient, high-quality patient service and support to the care team.
• Enter and verify billing and registration information accurately in the patient accounting system.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and support clinical staff.
