Qualifications

• Experience handling difficult callers/customers/patients.

Responsibilities

• Patient Services: Provides efficient, high-quality service to patients arriving for appointments or seeking information.
• Billing Services: Enters billing information at time of service and follows up on missing data.
• Medical Record Services: Maintains accurate and timely medical records.
