Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients arriving in person.
• Handle inbound calls and assist patients with information and resolutions.
• Process branch orders, verify insurance, and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Gather documentation to support insurance billing and patient accounts.
• Record payments, reconcile daily receivables, and assist with scheduling and follow-ups.
• Support billing and data entry for accurate patient records.
