Responsibilities

• Process orders, verify insurance, and obtain authorizations per payor guidelines.
• Collect payments, reconcile receivables, and coordinate with branch and sales teams.
• Conduct outbound satisfaction calls and assist with documentation for billing.
• Work with multiple systems simultaneously to assist customers and ensure timely delivery.
