Accendra Health in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Branch Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service by phone and in person, ensuring orders are processed accurately and promptly. You will collaborate with patients, providers, and team members while supporting billing and documentation needs to maximize insurance benefits.

The role emphasizes efficient data entry, payment collection, and coordinating with multiple systems to support timely care. Prior healthcare experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; related work experience preferred.
• At least one year of related work experience in office, healthcare, or call center settings.
• Preferred: two years’ experience in an office/healthcare setting; experience using a multi-line phone system.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients arriving in person.
• Handle inbound calls, provide information, troubleshoot, and escalate as needed.
• Process branch duties: create and manage orders, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and enter data.
• Collect documentation to bill health insurance plans and ensure timely payments.
• Request health plan authorizations and information as required; electronically or verbally.
• Perform outbound calls to patients and referrals to improve satisfaction.
• Support uploading and processing data from devices and perform basic tests on equipment.
