Job summary

Aurora Medical Group (AMG) is looking for a Patient Service Representative to support providers, connect with patients, and ensure a seamless, compassionate experience in ambulatory care. The role is based in Park Ridge with a 40-hour work week and hours from Monday to Friday 8am–6pm, plus Saturday rotation.

You will handle patient services, billing, and medical records, maintaining high-quality service for appointments, tests, referrals, and inquiries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of related customer service experience.
• Experience handling difficult callers/patients.

Responsibilities

• Patient Services: Provides efficient, high-quality service to patients arriving for appointments or seeking information.
• Billing Services: Ensures entry of billing information at time of service and follows up on missing data.
• Medical Record Services: Maintains accurate and timely medical records.
