Accendra Health is seeking a Branch Coordinator to deliver exceptional patient service by phone and in person in our Las Vegas branch. You will ensure orders are received and processed accurately, verify insurance, and help obtain authorizations per payor guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• Two years in an office, healthcare, or call center setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact to patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls on a multi-line phone system and assist customers.
• Process branch orders and verify insurance documentation and authorizations.
• Gather documentation to bill health insurance plans and obtain plan information.
• Review patient accounts and bill insurance to maximize benefits.
• Collect payments, reconcile receivables, and submit to lock box.
• Perform outbound patient satisfaction calls.
• May download data from devices and perform equipment tests.
• Other duties as required.
