Accendra Health’s Branch Coordinator role focuses on delivering exceptional patient service by phone and in person, ensuring orders are processed accurately and insurance documentation is obtained for billing. You will work with the branch team to support patients and providers, maximizing benefits and timely care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one-year related work experience.
• Two years’ experience in an office environment, healthcare setting or call center.
• Experience utilizing multi-line phone-system.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact to patients arriving in person.
• Answer inbound calls from customers on a multi-line phone system and provide information.
• Process branch duties: create and manage orders, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and data entry.
• Gather documentation to bill health insurance plans and ensure timely payments.
• Collect payments and reconcile daily receivables.
• Conduct outbound patient satisfaction calls.
