Responsibilities

• Process branch orders, verify insurance, and obtain authorizations as needed.
• Gather documentation to bill health insurance plans and maximize benefits.
• Collect payments, reconcile daily receivables, and submit to the lock box.
• Perform outbound patient and referral satisfaction calls.
