Advocate Health is seeking a Patient Service Representative to support the ambulatory care team in Downers Grove, IL. The role focuses on scheduling, registration, billing, and providing compassionate patient service within a large nonprofit health system.

You will assist providers, help ensure accurate patient records, and contribute to a smooth patient experience. This is a part-time, on-site position with a schedule planned several weeks ahead.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years related customer service experience.
• Experience handling difficult caller/customers/patients.

Responsabilités

• Schedule appointments; schedule is out 6 weeks in advance and requires 32 hours per month.
• Provide efficient, high-quality patient services and billing information entry at point of service.
• Maintain accurate medical records and support clinical staff in the ambulatory care setting.
