Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate degree is preferred.
• Experience with medical office procedures and patient intake is desirable.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and patients in a courteous and professional manner.
• Manage patient registration, check-in/out, and scheduling per department guidelines.
• Answer phones, take messages, and route calls appropriately with proper etiquette.
• Verify insurance information, post self-pay charges, and collect payments.
• Assist with patient flow and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth operations.
