This position requires a High School Diploma and customer service experience. The hourly salary ranges from $17.00 to $21.89, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service and/or patient-facing healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process check-in and check-out, point-of-service activities, and scheduling of patient appointments via EPIC.
• Obtain pre-certifications and/or pre-authorizations for procedures.
• Greet and interact with patients/visitors professionally, on phone or in person.
