Community Health Partnership of Illinois (CHP) is seeking a Patient Services Representative at our CHP Harvard Health Center. You will serve as the first point of contact, manage front-desk operations, and coordinate appointments to create a welcoming healthcare experience.

The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, patient-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior healthcare or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications
