Community Health Partnership of Illinois (CHP) is seeking a compassionate Patient Services Representative to join our CHP Harvard Health Center, providing a welcoming front-desk presence and efficient scheduling. You will greet patients, support check-in/out, manage appointments, verify demographics and insurance, and maintain confidential records while collaborating with clinical and administrative staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a welcoming, courteous, and professional manner.
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes with accurate documentation.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments with clinical staff.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to questions regarding appointments, services, and insurance.
• Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records per policies and regulations.
• Assist patients with billing questions and payment processing as appropriate.
• Communicate with clinical and administrative staff to support patient flow.
• Address patient questions or concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Perform general administrative duties (file, scan, fax, organize).
• Maintain an organized front-desk and reception area.
