Quipt Home Medical is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for patients, caregivers, referrals, and commercial accounts. You will handle inquiries, verify information, process orders, and resolve issues with courtesy and accuracy.

This role emphasizes product knowledge, insurance verification, billing support, and coordinating with clinical staff to ensure timely deliveries and satisfaction.

Competenze

• Experience in a Clerical or Customer Service environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general office tools.

Mansioni

• Provide information on products and services and handle inquiries.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits and assist with billing.
• Process customer orders accurately and timely in the system.
• Coordinate delivery/pickup times with patients and caregivers.
• Resolve complaints and document outcomes for quality assurance.
• Maintain patient files and ensure records are current.
