The role emphasizes multi-language bilingual support (English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese) and requires a high school diploma with 1–2 years of customer service experience. BLS certification or higher is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience as a customer service agent, greeter, or receptionist preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred.
• A valid BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and attends to the needs of all patients to create a positive front office experience.
• Represents AltaMed as part of the health care team with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
