Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, greeter, or receptionist.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese strongly preferred.
• Valid BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front desk needs with a welcoming attitude.
• Assist in delivering patient-focused care by facilitating communication and resolving issues.
