Job summary

Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out, confirm identity and provide visit information.
• Complete check-in/out functions as directed and register patients as needed.
• Collect co-payments and process end-of-day cash handling.
• Keep the waiting area orderly and inform patients of delays.
• Schedule appointments and, if needed, float to other clinics.
