• Ability to work collaboratively with patients and fellow caregivers to deliver high customer/patient satisfaction.
• Ability to protect privacy, confidentiality, and PHI.

Responsibilities

• Provides courteous and professional connections with patients by phone, in person or via secure messaging; resolves patient needs to ensure a superior experience.
• Documents all calls accurately in the EMR.
• Schedules patient appointments for visits, procedures, tests, referrals, and consultations.
• Registers patients by updating demographic data on the registration system.
• Assists patients with forms and billing needs; educates about financial assistance and processes payments.
• Keeps updated on role responsibilities and clinic communications to ensure high performance.
