You will answer questions about insurance, verify eligibility, handle cash and co-pays, and liaise with Billing to resolve issues. The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and a team player.
• Experience in high-volume service environments preferred.
• Computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills.
• Flexible/adaptable with changing environments.
• Ability to interact effectively with physicians, patients and staff.
• Bilingual skills may be required depending on site.

• Greeting and welcoming patients.

• Informing site manager of wait times and inquiries.
