• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of medical office experience preferred.
• New hire must attend Clinic Core Front Desk Training.

Responsibilities

• Greet, instruct, direct and schedule patients and visitors.
• Enter new and established patient information into the computer.
• Answer incoming calls and set appointments; dispatch messages as needed.
• Monitor and revise physician schedules; assist with payments and collections.
