Job summary

Select Medical is seeking a Patient Service Specialist, Split to join our Fountain and Colorado Springs centers in Colorado. You will greet and register patients, schedule appointments, collect co-pays, verify insurances, and coordinate with attorneys, insurers, translation services to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate billing.

This full-time role offers weekday hours, Monday through Friday, with clinic hours 7am-6pm, and provides competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year front desk experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about visit expectations and next appointment at checkout.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Coordinate with attorneys offices, insurance companies, translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.
