Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interactions with patients and staff.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including data entry and word processing.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor.
• Accuracy and attention to detail in entering patient information and scheduling.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow privacy procedures.
• Adaptable and able to stay composed under pressure.
• Attend and complete Clinic Core Front Desk Training post-hire.
