Job summary

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to travel to other centers for coverage as needed. Compensation starts at $19-$25 per hour and full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of insurance verification beneficial.
• Healthcare, medical, or dental office administration background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Verify patient insurance and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Explain benefits, financial responsibilities, billing and outpatient policies.
• Schedule appointments and manage related reports, faxing, scanning.
• Maintain office and supplies, handle mail and communications.
• Reconcile and post charges daily to ensure clean claim processing.
• Travel to non-home locations for coverage as needed.
