Hours vary between Monday–Friday, 7am–7pm, with starting pay of $18–$25 per hour based on experience. The PSS will process referrals, manage intake and data entry, verify insurance, and review benefits with patients, while handling copays, scheduling, and billing reporting.

Qualifikationen

• HS diploma or GED is required.
• Knowledge of insurance verification preferred.
• Healthcare, medical, or dental office administration experience is a plus.

• Process referrals, schedule patients, complete intake and data entry, verify insurance and obtain authorizations.
• Explain benefits, financial responsibilities, and billing processes to patients.
• Collect copays, schedule appointments, and maintain the electronic medical record.
• Travel to non-home location centers for coverage as needed.
