Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient appointments with centers to minimize cancellations.
• Register patient information and ensure forms are complete in the EMR.
• Verify insurance and obtain authorizations; explain benefits and responsibilities.
• Collect towards patient responsibility at each visit; scan and file documents.
• Post charges daily and assist with reporting for clean claim processing.
• Communicate with patients, other departments, and physicians as needed.
• Maintain office and order supplies; adjust schedule to center needs.
