Starting pay ranges from $18 to $25 per hour based on experience, with benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, 401(k), and more. Flexibility to travel to satellite centers as needed is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of insurance verification processes.
• Healthcare, medical, or dental office administration familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Registers patient information, ensuring forms are complete with signatures and documented in the EMR.
• Verifies patient insurance and obtains required authorizations before visits; explains benefits and responsibilities.
• Collects toward patient responsibility at each visit.
• Scans and maintains medical documents.
• Reconciles and posts charges daily and generates reports for clean claim processing.
• Responds to requests for information from patients, other departments and physicians; maintains office and mail.
• Maintains office, orders supplies and manages mail.
• Willingness to adjust schedule to center needs.
• Travels to non-home location centers or other sites for coverage when necessary.
• HS diploma or GED is required.
