Job summary

Southern New Hampshire Health Foundation Medical Partners seeks a Part-time Patient Service Representative for its float team across Primary Care locations in Milford and surrounding practice sites. Responsibilities

Greet and direct patients, visitors, and customers in a professional, compassionate manner.
Answer incoming calls and provide general information.
Perform patient check-in and check-out functions.
Schedule appointments and requested testing.
Enter and track referrals; verify demographics.
Collect and process co-pays and daily payment batches.
Scan and index documents into the EMR; maintain HIPAA compliance.
