Job summary

Southern New Hampshire Health is seeking a Patient Service Representative Float to provide front office support across multiple practice locations. You will greet patients, handle check-in/out, schedule tests, verify demographics, collect co-pays, and ensure smooth operations across sites.

The role requires flexibility to travel between practices, weekend/holiday rotations, and a patient-centered approach in a fast-paced environment. Driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct patients, visitors, and customers in a professional and compassionate manner.
• Answer incoming calls and provide general information; schedule appointments and tests.
• Check-in/check-out patients; verify and update demographic and registration data.
• Enter and track referrals; collect co-pays and daily payment batches accurately.
• Scan and index documents into the EMR; provide coverage across multiple locations.
• Support initiatives and maintain HIPAA compliance; travel between practices as needed.
