Job summary

Foundation Medical Partners is seeking a Part-time Patient Service Representative to provide front office coverage across Southern New Hampshire Health practice locations. The role requires travel between sites and weekend/holiday rotations as needed.

You will greet patients, schedule appointments, check in/out, collect co-pays, and maintain accurate demographic data. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (GED acceptable) and customer service experience, with strong communication skills

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum one year of customer service experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with Windows-based office applications.

Responsibilities

Greet and direct patients, visitors, and customers in a professional manner.
Answer incoming calls and provide general information.
Perform patient check-in and check-out functions.
Schedule appointments and requested testing; enter and track referrals.
Verify and update patient demographics and registration information; collect co-pays.
Scan and index documents into the EMR system; support multiple practice locations.
