Responsibilities

• Greet and direct patients, visitors, and customers in a professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls and provide general information.
• Perform patient check-in and check-out functions.
• Schedule appointments and requested testing.
• Enter and track referrals; verify/update patient demographics and registration information.
• Collect and process co-pays and daily payment batches accurately.
• Scan and index documents into the electronic medical record.
• Provide coverage across multiple practice locations, including weekend and holiday rotations.
