Job summary

Talentify is hiring a Patient Service Specialist for our outpatient therapy center located in Eureka, MO. This full-time role supports both patient interaction at the front desk and frontline administrative duties to ensure smooth visits and scheduling.

You will greet patients, collect co-pays, coordinate with insurers, and help drive a positive patient experience. A high school diploma and healthcare exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: 1 Year Front Desk experience.
• Preferred: Healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and information about their next appointment as they check out
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone
• Regular communication with parties such as insurance companies and translation companies, market operational leaders, and business development team
• Collect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications

Position: Patient Service Specialist

Location: Eureka. MO

Type of Employment: Full-time

Schedule:

Mon/Wed/Fri- 7:30am-4:30pm

Tues/Thurs - 9:30am -6:30pm

Compensation: $18/hour- Increases based on experience.
