Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pre-Visit Scheduling: schedule referrals, appointments, and telehealth or procedures using Epic Cadence decision trees.
• Registration and check-in duties, collecting copays and insurance details, and initiating MyChart activation.
• Post-visit follow-ups: schedule orders and ensure smooth check-out and patient flow.
• Support and cover front desk activities, assist with MyChart and EMR processes.
