About the Position:

Serves as primary clinic representative for customer service issues, conducts patient satisfaction surveys; and identifies, analyzes and evaluates trends that reflect patient perception of services. This position is located at Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC.

Specialized Experience:

One year of specialized experience which includes 1) conducting patient interviews to obtain feedback regarding medical services received; 2) providing health care options for patients and their families according to available guidance; and 3) utilizing automated healthcare systems to manage service performance data of a treatment facility. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).

Proficiency Required:

This position requires a qualified typist. A qualified typist can type 40 words per minute based on a 5-minute sample with three or fewer errors.
