Job summary

Olympic Sports & Spine in Tacoma, WA seeks a Patient Service Representative - Float to provide fill-in coverage at 24 clinics. The role handles patient phone calls, scheduling, insurance verification, and front desk duties, with a comprehensive training program and ongoing support.

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) Monday through Friday, with hours starting as early as 7:00 a.m. and ending by 6:20 p.m.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient phone calls and scheduling.
• Verify insurance and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Maintain patient charts and billing information.
• Process payments and balance money nightly; print reports.
• Communicate with referral sources and OSS staff; support front desk duties.
