Job summary

Overlake Medical Center in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Part-time Patient Services Representative for our Float Pool. You will register patients, schedule appointments, answer phones, and distribute records via EPIC EMR while delivering excellent customer service.

Travel to multiple clinics is required with 8-hour shifts, three weekdays per week, 6:45am–10pm. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of clerical experience in a medical facility, and a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of clerical experience in a medical facility preferred.
• Must have vehicle to drive to clinics and have a valid Driver's License.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and schedule appointments.
• Answer phones and assist patients with inquiries.
• Distribute records through EPIC EMR.
• Perform duties with a focus on patient experience.
