Qualifikationen

• Minimum four (4) years of related experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience using Epic for scheduling, patient records, and billing.
• At least one year of supervisory experience in a large, complex healthcare environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, including creating and interpreting graphs.
• Experience in Primary Care, Sports Medicine, Psychiatry, Express Care, and OB/GYN.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily front-end operations including reception, call center functions, referrals, and authorizations.
• Support advanced administrative tasks such as template management, office purchases, staff coaching, and training.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and collaborate to improve workflows and standardize practices.
• Lead front office registration for five departments and ensure accurate payer code selection for revenue integrity.
• Assist in maintaining service and quality standards and support efficient clinic operations.
