UC San Diego Health is seeking a Patient Service Representative Lead to supervise and train front-end duties across reception, call center, referrals, and authorizations. You will coach staff, manage templates and purchases, and partner with the Clinic Manager on improvement initiatives.

The role requires a strong healthcare background, front-office leadership experience, and the ability to flex hours and location as needed for business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years in a healthcare setting with knowledge of administrative practices and EPIC for scheduling, records, and billing.
• Experience managing front-office administration in ambulatory settings.
• Prior experience as an administrative lead supervising junior staff.
• Experience with time-keeping and scheduling staff.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and train front-end duties including reception, call center, referrals, and authorizations.
• Provide leadership and coaching to junior staff and coordinate templates, office purchases, and process improvements.
• Act as a department resource and drive improvement efforts with the Clinic Manager.
