Endeavor Health in Naperville is seeking a Patient Service Rep Lead for Internal Medicine. This full-time role supports PSRs, physicians, and office operations at the 1331 W 75th St location. Hours are Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday coverage; strong customer service and administrative skills needed.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, patient check-in, insurance verification, and daily cash reconciliation, while providing a positive patient experience and accurate data entry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year business office or clinic experience required.
• Previous insurance and managed care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews department work schedules to ensure full coverage during shifts.
• Leads daily workflow processes for PSRs and physicians at site(s).
• Greets patients and assists with check-in, data entry, and demographic/insurance information.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and communicates benefits to patients.
• Answers calls, schedules appointments, and handles routine inquiries.
• Performs day-end cash handling, receipt reconciliation, and prepares deposits.
