As a key member of the ambulatory care team, you’ll work at Lincolnwood and Park Ridge locations with 40-hour weeks. Shifts are 8.5 hours with a 30-minute lunch; options include Tue-Fri 8am-5:30pm or weekend 9am-1pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years related customer service experience
• Experience handling difficult caller/customers/patients.

Responsibilities

• Patient Services: Provides efficient, high-quality service to patients requesting appointments or information.
• Billing Services: Ensures entry at time of service of billing information and follow-up on missing information.
• Medical Record Services: Upholds standards for accurate and timely medical records.
