Advocate Health is seeking a Patient Service Representative at Advocate Medical Group in Park Ridge. This part-time role supports providers, assists patients, and coordinates scheduling and information requests for tests and procedures.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma and 1–2 years of customer service experience, with ability to handle difficult callers and patients in a fast-paced ambulatory setting. Work hours are 20 per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related customer service experience.
• Experience handling difficult caller/customers/patients.

Responsabilités
