Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years in a medical office setting preferred.
• Knowledge of health insurance preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office procedures.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage front office activities including patient scheduling and reception.
• Prepare medical records, clinic statistics, and reports.
• Obtain and track authorizations; reconcile daily deposits.
• Communicate effectively with staff, patients, physicians and referrals.
• Available for early morning and evening shifts Monday–Friday.
