Qualifications

• Two years in medical office setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure top-tier customer service to patients and staff.
• Coordinate front-office activities: scheduling, reception, medical records, statistics and reports.
• Obtain and track authorizations.
• Collect, reconcile and prepare daily bank deposits for over-the-counter cash.
• Maintain clear communication with referrals and payers.
