This full-time position supports scheduling, collects co-pays, handles insurance authorizations, and communicates with attorneys, insurers, and the care team to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred 1 year front desk experience.
• Preferred 1 year scheduling experience.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients and inform them about visit steps.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and by phone.
• Communicate with attorneys, insurers and care teams as needed.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals and verifications.
