Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Preferred: 1 year of administrative experience in healthcare.
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and complete check-in with data entry and insurance verification.
• Collect copays and outstanding balances; schedule follow-up appointments.
• Answer inquiries by phone and email and coordinate with clinical staff.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and operate the patient portal as needed.
