Qualifications

• 1+ years medical office experience preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer functions; ability to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills; must maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Performs opening and closing clinic duties.
• Greets patients, checks in for appointments and verifies insurance.
• Scans documents into electronic health records; maintains waiting area.
• Schedules follow-up appointments; handles multi-line phone system; processes co-pays and payments.
