Qualifications

• Experience at a front desk, reception, or customer-facing role with admin duties.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while delivering best-in-class service.
• Willingness to learn about insurance plans and verify patient information.
• Strong verbal and written communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out experience and ensure a smooth flow.
• Verify and explain insurance options at check in/out to patients.
• Assist with appointment confirmations and outreach in coordination with doctors.
• Manage multiple phone lines, greet walk-ins, schedule appointments, and support staff.
• Potential cross-training to roles like Eyewear Consultants or Techs as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to deliver a seamless patient experience.
